FIRST APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive at the clinic 10 minutes before your appointment time to fill in a consultation form.
EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS
Emergency appointments are available for different times throughout the day.
Health Insurance
Osteopathy
Ian is covered by all the major insurance companies, including BUPA and PPP.
Acupuncture
Many insurance companies will cover acupuncture
We ask that patients settle their bill after each treatment.
If their treatment is covered by private health insurance we will issue a receipt in order for the patient to claim back the cost of treatment.
IMPORTANT
- Please bring tracksuit bottoms or shorts and a cropped top for osteopathic treatment if you would prefer not to undress.
- Please bring details of all prescription drugs and scan results with you.
- It is easier to treat babies if they are asleep or while they are being fed. Babies can be treated in their prams, on a parents lap or on the treatment couch.
- Please explain to children that they are coming for treatment and that it will be pleasurable like a massage.
- If you would like a record of the exercises that the osteopath might prescribe, please bring a digital camera or camera phone.
- It is important to eat a snack within 2 hours before having acupuncture.
